Unfortunatly there have been several cases of misuse whilst neighbours have been in charge of foreigners homes; one who used the house for their own entertainment while the occupants were away and one who had the keys cut so they could gain entry at a later date.
For your peace of mind we can provide our standard package as below or tailor make packages to suit your requirements, we can even be on call out if you leave your neighbour our telephone number in case of emergencies.
Our Standard package consists of:
- Monthly visits to your property
- Security checks on all windows and doors
- Check for leaks, cracks or weather damage
- Ventilation of your property
- Advise on any repairs that may arise
- Arrange quotes for works required
- Pay utility bills
- Arrange cleaning [at cost]
- Gardening services arranged [at cost]
- Car hire [at cost]
- Provide welcome packs if required [at cost]
Also included is the arranging of the yearly company accounts, financial resumes and the paying of the yearly house tax.
All this from as little as £120 per year.
