We do agree that neighbours play a big part in looking out for your property whilst you are away but think about your property in the u.k;
Would you leave keys to your home with someone you have only just met and can not even communicate with?
What if they needed to contact you, how can they explain what's happened?
Unfortunatly there have been several cases of misuse whilst neighbours have been in charge of foreigners homes; one who used the house for their own entertainment while the occupants were away and one who had the keys cut so they could gain entry at a later date.
For peace of mind we can provide the following standard package or tailor make packages to suit your requirements, we can even be on call out if you leave your neighbour our telephone number and not your keys!
Our Standard package consists of:
- Fortnightly visits to your property
- Security checks on all windows and doors
- Check for leaks, cracks or weather damage
- Ventilation of your property
- Advise on any repairs that may arise
- Arrange quotes for works required
- Pay utility bills
- Arrange cleaning [at cost]
- Gardening services arranged [at cost]
- Car hire [at cost]
- Provide welcome packs if required [at cost]
All this from as little as £200 per year.
