The Provadia Region

Situated 45 kilometres inland from Varna just off the A2 motorway the Municipality of Provadia encompasses 25 settlements made up of 1 town and 24 villages.

With its new road infrastructure, excellent railway links and numerous bus services it connects this region of Bulgaria easily to Varna, Sofia and most parts of the country.

With the airport only being a 30 minutes drive away and a choice of good clean beaches only 40 minutes away its the perfect place to either own your own holiday home or to relocate to.

Covering 276,000 decares of cultivated land you'll find the cleanest of air, breathtaking views in abundance and traffic jams a thing of the past.

The surrounding villages offer friendly locals, undiscovered bars and restaurants all at a fraction of the costs of major towns and cities.

Provadia itself has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes, a variety of shops and supermarkets and a twice weekly market selling local fruit and vegetables.

Coming soon is the planned golf course just North of Provadia and the restoration of the mineral baths south of Provadia offering a truly up to date SPA centre in the Balkans.

There is nothing you can not find here other than the hoards of tourists!
