We are made up of a local team in the Provadia region of Bulgaria offering local services @ local prices. We save you time and money by finding property direct from the owners and help you avoid the many pitfalls of finding local trustworthy tradespeople.
We think of you like friends and your properties as our own making sure that we do whatever we can to make your experiences pleasant ones.
Owning property abroad can be a daunting experience and our own experiences started in 2003 when we purchased property in Spain. We then invested in Turkey in 2005 and probably like yourself could see the potential Bulgaria had to offer, but after visiting we felt that this was not just a great place to invest, it was a great place to live and have been doing so since October 2005.
Our work experiences in the u.k consisted of myself in sales and service mangement and my partners 20 years in construction so between us we have the knowledge and customer service experience to meet all your expectations.
